Delivery Areas
We currently offer delivery within the following areas in Saint Lucia:
- Castries (including city center and surrounding areas)
- Gros Islet
- Cap Estate

Delivery Days & Times
We deliver from Monday to Saturday during the following hours:
- Morning deliveries: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Afternoon deliveries: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Same-day delivery may be available if orders are placed before 10:00 AM (subject to product availability and delivery capacity).
Delivery Fees
Our delivery fees vary depending on location:

Packaging

Order Preparation & Handling Time
- Orders are typically prepared within 1–2 business days
- You will receive a confirmation once your order is ready for delivery or pickup
We process all seafood fresh from local suppliers and fishermen — this may affect availability during certain weather conditions or off-seasons.

Please provide clear delivery instructions at checkout, including:
- Accurate address
- Contact number
- Preferred delivery time slot
If our driver cannot reach you, your order may be rescheduled, or additional fees may apply for a second attempt.
❗ Missed Deliveries
If you’re not available at the time of delivery:
- We will attempt to contact you immediately
- If unreachable, the order may be returned to our facility and held for 1 business day
- We do not offer refunds for perishable items once a delivery is attempted
